Judy J ShermaN | Founder & PrincipAL
Judy began her career as a labor and employment lawyer, where she worked in the private sector with leaders of the restaurant and hotel industries. She holds an LL.M. in Labor Law. Building on her devotion to the arts and her academic and professional study of the dynamics of the workplace, she launched Art At Work (formerly j fine art) in 2011 to focus on the interplay between art and corporate culture.
Judy is an active Executive Committee and Board Member of the Washington Project for the Arts. She also served as a curator of WPA Art Auction Gala, Hickok Cole Art Night, GMU MFA Exhibit, and Smith Center for Healing and the Arts Alchemical Vessels. She is a member of the Hirshhorn Collectors' Council, CREW DC, and CoreNet Global.
She is known in the community for being creative, strategic, and passionate about her work and family. When not advising organizational leaders on art in the workplace, Judy enjoys theater, literature, global travel, the NYT crossword puzzle, and Eddie Vedder.
Kaitlin Filley | Project Manager
Kaitlin has been an integral part of Art At Work since 2015 overseeing all project logistics. In this role, Kaitlin’s relationships with clients, architects, designers, artists, and fabricators are bar none.
Kaitlin shares a passion for the local art scene and is a member of CoreNet Global.
Calder Brannock | Art Handler & Installer
Calder has worked for the Smithsonian Institution, the National Gallery of Art, and many other esteemed museums, as well as renown private collections, being tasked with handling and installing some of the world’s most valuable and rare artwork and artifacts.
